Please get in touch with us ASAP to report your vehicle as stolen.
Stolen vehicles must be reported to the police & a Crime Reference Number will be provided. If Beryl is then contacted, we will cooperate with police inquiries. Local police will be able to provide you with updates once reported.
You should submit any crime reference numbers to our Support Team.
Please note that it is the user’s responsibility to look after the vehicle whilst on hire. If you leave the bike unattended, it must be locked. Either the journey must be ended, or your ride must be paused. If the journey is paused, do not leave the bike until the app recognises you have paused your journey.
The user will always be liable to pay a £10 flat fee for a stolen vehicle, or a £30 flat fee in West Midlands & Greater Manchester.
