Beryl vehicles are accessed via the Beryl app, available for free download on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

When you open the app for the first time, you will be guided through the steps needed to use our vehicles and create an account. There is also an onboarding flow to show you the key features of the app.

We use a method called "Magic Links" to sign you into your account. This is easier and more secure than having to create (and remember!) a password.

You'll be prompted to enter your email address when you sign into the app. We'll then send an email to that address with a "Magic link". You should receive this email within a couple of minutes. All you need to do is click on the Magic link and you'll be signed into the app.

We recommend that you click on the link in your email from your mobile device. If you click on the link on your desktop, you'll be asked to confirm your email address and you'll then be logged in on your mobile device.
