Step 1: Access the End Ride Option
From the main screen, tap āEnd My Ride.ā

Step 2: Open End Ride Help
Select āEnd ride helpā from the menu that appears.

Step 3: Select Your Issue
Choose the option that best matches your situation:
š æļø āBay is fullā ā select this if thereās no space available in the bike bay.
š āCanāt use front lockā ā select this if youāre having trouble locking the bike.
š” Tip: Even if your issue is different, select one of these options to help the app complete the ride ending process.

Step 4: Confirm End of Ride
Finally, tap āEnd my rideā to confirm.

Youāll see a confirmation message once your ride has successfully ended.
