Your Non-Manual Lock E-Bike isn't ending 🔐

This guide will help you end your bike ride correctly in the app, even if you run into issues with the bike bay or front lock.

Step 1: Access the End Ride Option

From the main screen, tap “End My Ride.”

Step 2: Open End Ride Help

Select “End ride help” from the menu that appears.

Step 3: Select Your Issue

Choose the option that best matches your situation:

  • 🅿️ “Bay is full” – select this if there’s no space available in the bike bay.

  • 🔒 “Can’t use front lock” – select this if you’re having trouble locking the bike.

💡 Tip: Even if your issue is different, select one of these options to help the app complete the ride ending process.

Step 4: Confirm End of Ride

Finally, tap “End my ride” to confirm.
✅ You’ll see a confirmation message once your ride has successfully ended.

You’ll go through four main screens in the app:

  1. End Ride Help Menu – shows “Bay is full” and “Can’t use front lock” options.

  2. Map View – displays your current location and nearby bays.

  3. Dock and Lock Instructions – guides you on how to secure your bike.

  4. Final Confirmation – tap the “End ride” button to finish.
