When you see an e-bike, pedal bike or e-scooter parked outside a designated bay, check the Starling Bank Bike app. If the vehicle has a star icon, it qualifies for the Beryl Bonus.
Hire that vehicle, ride it, and finish your journey in a proper Beryl parking bay. You will then receive 10 minutes of credit to use on future rides.
🎁 How much credit do I get?
Every qualifying vehicle you return to a bay earns you:
10 minutes of ride credit
🔁 How often can I do this?
As often as you like.
There is no limit. Each time you return a star-marked vehicle to a bay, you earn 10 minutes of credit.
⏱️ Can I use the credit across multiple rides?
Yes. You can use your credit however you wish.
For example:
Two 5-minute rides
One 7-minute ride and one 3-minute ride
Or save it for later
Which vehicles qualify?
Only vehicles that show a star icon in the app are eligible. These are bikes or scooters currently parked out-of-bay that need returning.
