Parking at Beryl Bay

Our bikes are designed to be tethered to bike stands to keep them neat and out of the way of pedestrians.

If you arrive at a Beryl Bay and the bike stands are already full, don’t worry! Please park your bike neatly alongside the other bikes, as close to the stands as possible. Make sure your bike is not blocking access points or the pavement, then push the lock down to secure it.

Even if there is no available stand, you must lock the bike to end your ride. You will hear a beep from the bike and receive confirmation in the app that your journey has ended.

Our system will still recognise that your bike is locked in a Beryl Bay, even if the stand is full. If you think you were charged an incorrect out-of-bay fee, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. It helps if you can send us a photo of where you parked so we can review and fix the issue.

Parking your bike properly helps keep our streets safe and tidy for everyone. If you need help or think you have been charged incorrectly, our team is here to support you πŸ’›
