Where can I use the minutes?

The offer is available within the Greater Norwich and Beryl scheme area only.

You can use the minutes on any Beryl vehicle in Norwich — bikes, e-bikes, and e-scooters! 🛴🚴

⏱ How long can I ride?

Your 400 free minutes can be used flexibly across multiple rides until they run out.

How do I claim my free ride?

  1. Speak to your Work Coach at Norwich Jobcentre Plus

  2. They’ll give you a link to a webpage

  3. Complete the sign-up form

  4. Receive your unique code and apply it in the app

📲 Add your card details to unlock a vehicle. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged unless you ride out of a Beryl Bay or Zone, or go over the free minute allowance.
​


How do I get the 50% discount?

After using your free minutes, you’ll be invited to complete a quick survey through Norwich BID.
​

Once completed, you’ll receive your 50% off voucher, which can be used up to 12 times over the next 12 months.
​


💳 Do I need a payment card?

Yes. Even though your rides are free, you must have a valid payment card on your account. This is because:

  • A £1 pre-authorisation check will be made to confirm the card is active

  • You may be charged for out of bay or out of zone fees if applicable

ℹ️ The £1 hold is temporary and will be released back to you by your bank.

Do any fees apply?

Yes. Standard out of bay and out of zone fees still apply during the promotion, so make sure to park in designated areas when you're done.
