Can I reserve a vehicle?
Currently, it’s not possible to reserve a Beryl vehicle in advance. Our team works hard to redistribute bikes and scooters to where they are most needed throughout the day. Because of this, we hope you’ll always find a vehicle nearby when you need one.
Can I unlock multiple vehicles at the same time with one account?
You can only hire one vehicle per account at a time. So, if you’re cycling with friends or family, each person will need their own Beryl account to unlock their own vehicle. The good news is you can use the same payment card across multiple accounts.
We know many users have asked for the ability to unlock multiple vehicles from one account. We’re exploring how to make this possible while keeping insurance and rider protection strong for everyone.
