Minute Bundles can be used in our Isle of Wight, Norwich, Hereford, Greater Manchester, Wool, Southampton, Portsmouth, Cornwall, Watford, Hertsmere, Plymouth, Leeds and Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole schemes.

A Minute Bundle is a bundle of prepaid minutes that can be purchased in our app and used for future rides.

If you ride often or travel long distances, you can save money by purchasing one of our Minute Bundles as they offer a discounted rate in comparison to our Pay-As-You-Go riding pass.

Example in-app Message:

There is no unlock fee for pedal bikes.

However, an unlock fee may still apply for e-Bikes & e-Scooters each time you start a new ride, please check the scheme-specific pricing.

1 - Click on the top-left icon with 3 lines, while on the main app map.

2 - Click on the Minute Bundle, the first option is 100 minutes, but if you click on the + sign you will see more bundles available.

3 - To complete the transaction, scroll all the way down and confirm the purchase.

Depending on where you purchased the Minute Bundle, you might also be able to use your minute balance in other nearby locations.

For instance, you can use your Bundle Minutes in these schemes interchangeably: Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole, Norwich, Hereford, Southampton, Portsmouth, Isle of Wight, Watford, Herstmere and Wool (please check your in-app Wallet to see in which schemes your minutes are valid).

Minutes purchased in Plymouth or Cornwall can be used in either of these two schemes.

If you purchase a minute bundle in Greater Manchester, you can only use it there.

Minutes purchased in the West Midlands Cycle Hire scheme can only be used in the West Midlands.

When you run out of Minute Bundle minutes you'll be charged a standard Pay-As-You-Ride rate for the remainder of your journey and the charges will apply when your ride ends.

Yes, all Minute Bundles expire after 1 year of inactivity.
