We have designed our bike share system to minimise the chance of our bikes being left in inconsiderate or dangerous locations. Users are charged an extra fee for locking their bike outside of a bay.
Bikes parked out of a bay are often hired again very soon after, but if you believe that one of our bikes is parked somewhere it shouldn't be, please contact our support team and we'll organise for it to be moved. We will do this is soon as we can.
Can I move a bike if it's on my property?
Yes, if the bike is on your private property and you feel able to, feel free to pick it up and move it to a public location where we can pick it up from.
Alternatively, let us know and we will organise for our team to move the bike to a suitable location. Please advise when contacting us if the bike is not in a publicly accessible place or if we need any special permission to access it so we can arrange this.
