To unlock this e-bike, simply tap 'unlock' at the bottom of your in-app map. You then need to hold your phone over the unlock pad in the middle of the handlebars.

If your phone is not NFC-supported or this doesn't work - please tap 'or enter unlock ID'. You can then enter the 6-digit code (i.e. 111-111).

You simply need to open the app, and tap 'end journey'. Good signal and access to mobile data are required for this.
