We only have hubs in our Hackney Cargo scheme. Please note you do not need to follow this process for the Westminster Cargo scheme.

When you sign up to the Beryl app, an Okey account will be created for you. Download the Okey app onto your phone. You will then need to contact us via Live Chat. Please use the suggested response: ‘I need access to the hubs’.

Follow the instructions to create an Okey account. Use your log-in credentials to sign in to Okey. The operator will be ‘prod_beryl’.

At the hub, use the Okey app to remotely open it. Make sure you have Bluetooth switched on.

Once unlocked, the hub lid will unlock and rise slightly. Push up the lid gently and it will begin to rise automatically.
