How do I get in touch if I find a bike on my business' property? 

If you find a Beryl Bike on your business' property, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can arrange for it to be removed. You can reach us via support@beryl.cc or by calling our customer service team on 020 3003 5044 from 7am - 9pm Monday-Sunday. 

Can I have a Beryl Bay at my business? 

Having a Beryl Bay located at your premises can encourage customers to visit by bike and to keeps the area tidy by providing an obvious place to use the bikes when not in use.

Can I have some information about Beryl Bikes to share with my staff and team?

Sure! We can provide posters or flyers with information about how the Beryl Bikes scheme works, how they can use the bikes and how they can get in touch with us if they have any concerns or find bikes where they shouldn't be.
