How do I buy a gift card?

Select the scheme you want to buy a gift card for and select the Minute Bundle or Pass that you want to gift.

Complete checkout by entering the details of the recipient.

Once purchased, they will receive an email with a code that they can use in the Beryl app to get the Minute Bundle or Pass that you purchased for them.

When will the recipient receive the gift card?

You can choose when they receive it. This means you can buy it ahead of time for Christmas. Alternatively, they can receive the email with the gift card straight away.

Can I buy a gift card for someone who doesn't have Beryl yet?

Yes, but they will have to get the Beryl app to use it.

How can I use a gift card?

Copy and paste the code in your gift card email into the promotions section of the app. Then purchase the Minute Bundle or Pass that your gift card is for and your code will be applied automatically.

Where can I use a gift card?

Your gift card is only valid for the scheme that it was bought for. Eg if you've been gifted a 100 minute Norwich Minute Bundle, this can only be used in Norwich.

How long is a gift card valid for?

You have until December 2024 to use your voucher code.

How many times can I use my gift card?

Your gift card can only be used once.

Can I swap my gift card?

No, you can only redeem the gift card that you were gifted.

Can I get a refund?

Our gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged.
