Once a refund has been issued by our Control Room team, you will receive a confirmation email.

If the money hasn’t left your bank account yet - the pending transaction will be amended or cancelled completely.

If it has you will see the refund approximately 5-10 business days later, depending on how fast your bank can process the refund request.

Bear in mind that refund times are dictated by your bank and are outside of our control.
