The cargo bikes are available between 7 am-9 pm in the Courtyard and Widemarsh Street bays and should be returned to these bays at the end of your journey.

Once you have powered on the cargo bike, you can switch on the lights (located next to the power button).

Riding a cargo bike is a little different to a regular bike. When first setting off, pedal confidently and keep moving, once in motion, you will feel the stability increase.

You can adjust the gears by turning the rubber grip on the right handlebar. Transmission is continuous so you won’t feel or hear anything. The small orange figure on the right of the handlebar indicates the position of the gears.

If you need to adjust the level of electric assist, use the large arrow buttons on the left side of the HMI display.

Consider taking shallow corners as the turning circle is larger than a regular bike. Avoid, where possible significant bumps in the road, especially when loaded.
