Beryl e-Scooters add a new way to get around BCP and make essential journeys in a safe, socially distanced manner. They make longer distances and hills a breeze.
Key information:
In phase one of the trial, as a small number of e-Scooters are introduced, Beryl operations will focus on Bournemouth and Poole only. Christchurch is not currently included in the trial. Find out more about where you can and can't hire and park e-scooters here.
In the UK, e-scooters are currently classified as Personal Light Electric Vehicles and are treated as motor vehicles. To hire a Beryl e-Scooter you must be 18 and have a valid driving licence.
e-Scooters in Bournemouth and Poole are only available for hire between 5am and 10pm.
