How to alert us when you see something out of the ordinary

We have designed our bike & scooter share system to minimise the chance of our vehicles being left in inconsiderate or dangerous locations. Users are charged an extra fee for locking their bike or scooter outside of a bay.

We want to take care of our bikes and scooters so that as many people can ride them as possible. If you see a bike or scooter which is broken or left in a place where it really shouldn't be, we'd be very grateful if you could let us know so we can fix it as soon as possible.

You can reach us through the in-app chat, via the chat on the website, by email or by phone with details of the bike's location and we'll send someone out to rescue it!
