We’re proud to support sustainable travel, but we know it’s important that Beryl pedal or e-Bikes are used safely and responsibly.

If you see someone misusing an pedal or e-Bike, we’d really appreciate you letting us know.

If you see something dangerous or unlawful:

📞 Call 999 – for emergencies or if a crime is taking place
📞 Call 101 – to report after an incident has occurred

We work closely with local police to investigate misuse and improve safety for
everyone.

All our vehicles are GPS tracked, which helps us identify who was riding and take action where necessary.

In order to identify the pedal or e-Bike users, we kindly ask you to now report a misuse incident via our form. We can then track the bike in our system and contact the users.
