🔐 Logging Out or Deleting Your Beryl Account

Need to take a break or tidy up your account? Here's everything you need to know about logging out or deleting your Beryl account.

🚪 How to Log Out

Logging out is simple and quick:

  1. Open the Beryl app

  2. Tap the menu (☰) and go to Settings

  3. Select Log out

Good to know: Logging out won't affect your balances, journey history or data. You can log back in at any time using the same or a different device.

🗑️ How to Delete Your Account

Want to delete your account completely? Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Beryl app

  2. Tap the menu (☰) and choose Settings

  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

⚠️ Important: Once your account is deleted:

  • All personal information will be permanently removed from our system

  • Any remaining minutes or passes on your account will be lost

  • This action cannot be undone
