🛴 Stay Safe and Within the Law on a Beryl e-Scooter

Everything You Need to Know for Safe and Legal Riding

🛴 Safe and Legal Use of Beryl e-Scooters

At Beryl, safety comes first. Whether you’re a rider or a pedestrian, our goal is to make sure everyone feels safe and confident around our bikes, e-bikes and e-Scooters.

⚖️ Know the Law

In the UK, e-Scooters are classified as Personal Light Electric Vehicles and treated as motor vehicles. This means there are rules you must follow when hiring a Beryl e-Scooter. If you break these laws, your insurance becomes invalid and you could face on the spot fines or even prosecution.
